Tender Analyst (DGM – Finance) Job Location : Corporate Office, Ahmedabad Department: Tender Commercial- Europe Reporting To: VP Strategic Tenders - EMENA Specific Job Responsibilities: • Partner with senior leadership, commercial heads, finance leaders, and regional management teams to review tender pipelines, business opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities • Implement a tender policy and approval workflow process. • Setting up a Tender executive dashboard covers tender analytics, forecasts, and risk assessments to leadership teams covering below: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tender tracking framework across multiple countries and regions.- volumes, sales, profits, risk per product. • Monitor upcoming pharmaceutical tenders and provide advance visibility to business stakeholders. (Tender Outlook for the next 2 years) • Establish processes for systematic tender opportunity identification and evaluation. • Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for tender pipeline management. • Analyze revenue potential, profitability, pricing impact, and associated risks (Pricing and cogs information across markets) • Support business leadership in bid/no-bid decisions through data-driven recommendations. • Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen tender strategies. • Act as the primary interface between commercial teams and supply chain functions. • Ensure product availability, forecasting, inventory planning, and supply readiness for tender commitments. • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure seamless process. • Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of the Tender Analytics Network (TAN) Tool. • Ensure accurate data maintenance, integrity, and reporting standards. • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives related to tender analytics and reporting. • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Senior management. Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience: • Lead the end-to-end tender intelligence and analytics function for pharmaceutical markets by providing forward-looking visibility of tender opportunities, commercial evaluation, financial analysis, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination with regional teams and supply chain stakeholders • CA/ICWA/MBA qualified with a strong academic profile. • Minimum 15 years’ post qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry) • Experience in Tender management software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues • Capable of working on own initiative • Strong administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management. • Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and manage expectations with confidence. • Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision making within tight time constraints • Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment. • Commercial outlook and ability to understand business priorities and challenges.
