Increasing business share with existing OEM's To achieve OEM/ OES Annual sales target as per plan. To keep track of competitor activity at all OEM's To monitor and control forex & material recoveries. To monitor and manage Account Receivables/DSO To work on profit enhancement To achieve new business booking target ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION \\* Manage All India/Export OEM Accounts: Oversee sales and development functions for the entire product range across all OEM customers. Business Development: Identify and grow new business opportunities with both new and existing OEMs, increasing market share. Sales Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet or exceed OEM/OES sales targets as per the company’s strategic plan. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and product performance at OEMs, and manage warranty-related issues.
