Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Lead implementation of safety policies, systems, and safe work practices across the plant. - Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety standards. - Drive safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments. - Promote safety culture through training, awareness programs, and employee engagement. - Implement and sustain ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. - Coordinate emergency preparedness, mock drills, and contractor safety management. **Educational Qualification** - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline. - Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred. **Required Experience** - 15+ years of experience in Industrial Safety within Cement, Power, Mining, Manufacturing, or Process Industries. - Experience in statutory compliance, safety audits, risk management, and safety management systems. **Required Skills** - Industrial & Process Safety Management - Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA) - Statutory Compliance - Incident Investigation & RCA - ISO 45001 Management Systems - Emergency Response Planning - Leadership & Team Management - Communication and Stakeholder Management
