**Roles and Responsibilities** We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Diabetes Educator / Health Coach to support patients with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes through structured counselling, diabetes education, and continuous follow-ups. The role also includes to guide patients towards the right BeatO products and subscription plans based on their needs, ensuring both improved health outcomes and higher patient adoption. - Provide self-management training and education for Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational diabetic patients. Education. - Provide nutritional counselling and lifestyle guidance for diabetes management. - Deliver patient education as required or as directed by the Team. - Perform assessments and data collections, establish outcome criteria, and analyze progress. - Monitor and evaluate short-term and long-term patient response to interventions; ensure required follow-up support. - Convert free trial patients into paid patients/subscribers through counselling, trust building and need-based product recommendation. - Recommend BeatO products/services (e.g., subscriptions, monitoring devices, plans, etc.) aligned with patient goals. - Ensure high patient engagement and adherence through regular follow-ups and support. - Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, conversions, and product adoption. - Participate in outreach activities such as health fairs / diabetes screening camps for screening and education. - Be responsible for introducing and strengthening the BeatO brand among diabetic patients. - Be open to additional roles/responsibilities as assigned. **Skills & Experience** - B.Sc. in Home Science / Dietetics / Food & Nutrition with Master’s in Dietetics / Food & Nutrition. - Current understanding of industry requirements, processes, and best practices for Dieticians and Diabetes Educators. - Strong communication, patient counselling, and behavior change skills. - Ability to handle patient objections, build trust, and influence decisions through consultative selling. - Good documentation and follow-up discipline. - Experience in patient education and counselling preferred (diabetes domain is a plus).
