The role will serve as a bridge between engineering teams and digital technologies, helping transform engineering ideas into scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, knowledge reuse, and project delivery. The individual will leverage modern AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, and Machine Learning technologies to simplify routine engineering activities and unlock new ways of delivering engineering services. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation. - Convert engineering challenges and innovative ideas into practical digital solutions. - Design and implement AI-powered tools, copilots, and automation workflows that improve engineering productivity. - Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, and other enterprise AI platforms. - Automate repetitive activities such as report generation, data analysis, document reviews, calculations, and technical documentation. - Establish AI-driven knowledge management solutions to capture and reuse engineering expertise. - Identify unconventional and innovative approaches to enhance engineering quality, efficiency, and delivery speed. - Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Engineering teams to deploy scalable and secure solutions. - Lead proof-of-concepts, pilots, and industrialization of AI and digital initiatives. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** **Must-Have Skill Set** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Engineering Services, or AI-led initiatives. - Strong understanding of Oil & Gas Engineering Services, Asset Integrity, Reliability, or Asset Performance Management. - Hands-on experience with: - Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem - Copilot Studio - Azure AI / Azure OpenAI - Machine Learning and AI Solutions - Power Platform - Python and Data Analytics - Experience designing and implementing automation solutions for business or engineering processes. - Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. - Ability to translate business and engineering needs into digital solutions. - Demonstrated innovation mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes. **Good-to-Have Skill Set** - Experience with Anthropic Claude Enterprise. - Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent frameworks. - Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Databases. - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and Cloud Data Platforms. - Experience in Digital Twin, Industrial IoT, or Asset Performance Management solutions. - Knowledge of RBI (Risk-Based Inspection), Corrosion Management, Reliability Engineering, or Inspection Management. - Experience building Engineering Knowledge Assistants and AI Copilots. - Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud AI services. - Experience managing enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
