**Role & responsibilities** - **AWS Services:** Strong practical experience with a broad range of AWS services, including Compute (EC2), Storage (S3, EBS), Networking (VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers), and Security (IAM, Security Groups). - **Troubleshooting:** Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, Linux/Windows administration, and performance tuning within the AWS ecosystem. - **Scripting:** Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and task management. - **Monitoring :** Expertise in using AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail for monitoring, logging, and performance analysis. - **Linux/Windows:** Strong system administration skills for both Linux and Windows operating systems. **Preferred candidate profile** - Familiarity with ITIL-based processes for incident and change management. - Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
