Could you be the full-time Digital Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge and rapidly evolving field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the execution of projects and overseeing end-to-end activities, ensuring the successful delivery of digital services that meet customer requirements and achieve Quality Cost Delivery Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (including regional and central stakeholders), monitor key project dimensions, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and quality standards. You’ll specifically take care of project planning, stakeholder governance, and project steering, but also manage customer feedback and contractual discussions. We’ll look to you for: - Securing project initialization, including mobilizing resources, defining project scope and planning, and reviewing interfaces with other subsystems - Setting up governance with Digital Services stakeholders - Supporting the elaboration of the Project Management Plan - Monitoring key project dimensions, including planning deliverables, QCDP objectives, risks/actions, and resources, and raising alerts for deviations - Managing governance processes, including activity planning, monitoring, and communication - Ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and handling variation orders - Arbitrating QCDP re-baselining and managing change at the project level - Handling the transition from project to run contract, including training, configuration management, and contractual information sharing - Supporting discussions with license providers and third parties regarding service levels and support **All About You** We value passion and attitude over experience.
