About** the Role We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI/ML GenAI & NewTech Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI capabilities within our SaaS-based ITOM product suite. This role is pivotal in driving innovation across observability, automation, and predictive operations using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tec **hnologies. Must** Have Skills Proven experience in building an **d deploying** AI/ML models in production, pr **efera** bly **in I** TOM or I **TSM domains.Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, GenA** I frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, A zure OpenAI)Working knowledge **of RAG, MCPHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and** MLOps tools.Familiarity with SaaS architecture, microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of Agentic AI architectures for autonomous task execution, planning, and orchestration usin g AI agents.Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for managing contextual integrity and dynamic prompt orchestration in Ge nAI systems.
