Job Summary We are seeking a Digital CM Developer to support development, technical migration, and validation activities for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role is hands on and works under architect and consultant guidance to configure, migrate, test, and stabilize Power Platform components while ensuring minimal business disruption. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure: o Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven) o Power Automate flows o Dataverse tables, forms, and relationships o Power Pages components and Copilot Studio agents • Support technical migrations, solution packaging, and deployments • Implement changes aligned to defined environment strategy and ALM / CI CD • Execute post migration technical and functional validations • Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, runbooks, and cutover activities • Assist with application rationalization and stabilization activities • Document configurations, development changes, and validation outcomes • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and delivery teams during migration phases \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Required Skills • Hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Basic familiarity with Power Pages and Copilot Studio • Understanding of Power Platform environments, solution packaging, and dependencies • Exposure to technical migration and validation activities • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Nice to Have • Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL 100 / PL 200) • Exposure to environment or tenant migration projects • Familiarity with governance, security roles, and licensing concepts
