We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying the increasing the current team size multi-fold. **Job Overview:** We are seeking a **Digital Forensic Examiner** to support investigations involving electronic data for legal, regulatory, or compliance-related purposes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the collection, preservation, and examination of digital evidence from computers, mobile devices, storage media, and other electronic sources. - Support forensic investigations in areas such as internal audits, HR/legal matters, data misuse, fraud detection, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory compliance. - Maintain strict documentation and chain of custody during evidence handling. - Perform data recovery, keyword searches, metadata analysis, and timeline reconstruction. - Use forensic tools (e.g., FTK, EnCase, Autopsy, X-Ways, Cellebrite) under supervision to extract relevant data. - Prepare structured reports and summaries of findings for internal stakeholders or legal counsel. - Maintain logs and documentation related to all steps of forensic analysis. - Follow established standard operating procedures and legal protocols during digital evidence handling. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Forensics, or a related field. - Basic understanding of file systems (NTFS, FAT32, etc.), operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android), and data storage principles. - Familiarity with forensic tools or academic exposure to digital evidence handling. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills. - Ability to work with sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with legal, audit, HR, or compliance teams. **Preferred:** - Master's degree in Digital Forensics, or a related field. - Internship or academic experience in forensic analysis or data handling. - Familiarity with legal procedures around electronic evidence (Indian Evidence Act, IT Act, etc.). - Certifications like CHFI, CFCE, or any basic forensic training (optional). - Experience in Cyber Incidence Response. **Why Join Us:** - Opportunity to build a career in digital forensics with hands-on training. - Work on real-world cases involving internal investigations, regulatory audits, and data analysis. - Gain experience with industry-standard forensic tools and documentation practices. - Be part of a growing team working at the intersection of technology, compliance, and legal support.
