Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels while driving measurable business results. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms - Manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation, app growth, and conversions - Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS - Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and reporting - Work on performance marketing strategies to improve user acquisition and engagement - Execute CRM and remarketing campaigns through platforms like MoEngage - Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and reporting tools - Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution - Analyze campaign trends and share actionable growth insights - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates Requirements - 2 – 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing - Strong understanding of: - Performance Marketing - Lead Generation - User Acquisition - ROAS Optimization - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities Good to Have - Experience in app marketing or CRM campaigns - Knowledge of deep linking and attribution tools - Google Ads / Meta certifications - Experience in high-growth startup environments Interested candidates can share their resumes at: madhusudan.b@nobroker.in
