**Job Description:** **Responsibilities** - Develop advanced SQL scripts, complex data models, and optimize queries using expert-level techniques (including Window Functions) on large-scale cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, GCP). - End-to-End Design and maintain and automate dashboards and reports focused on actionable insights. - Rapidly master new visualization platforms (Looker/Looker Studio). - Translate complex data into intuitive visualizations for non-technical stakeholders. - Perform complex data modelling and design analysis to effectively construct a dashboard from scratch. **Technical Skills** **(MUST HAVE)** - Experience: 10+ years in data analytics/BI. - SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL proficiency, including Window Functions and optimization for large datasets. - Visualization & Agility: 5+ years of production dashboard experience in Looker/Looker Studio/Look ML - Technical Scripting: Skilled in complex analytical scripts/CTEs. - Spreadsheet: Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel. - Sales domain knowledge **GOOD TO HAVE** - Python/Google Apps Script for automation, and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed global team across different time zones (MX/India). **Soft Skills** - Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and align daily tasks with long-term company goals. - Effective Communication: Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders (story telling) - Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative Mindset: Experience working across cross-functional teams to hit shared KPIs
