This Position reports to: Product Manager **Yourrolesandresponsibilities** Inthisrole,youwillhavetheopportunitytocoordinateandfacilitatethedevelopment,implementation,andsuccessfulonboardingofdigitalsolutions.Eachday,youwillsupporttheuse andadoptionofdigitalplatformandsolutionsintothecustomerbusinessenvironmentalongwiththeirsubsequentoperationsandmaintenance. Youwillalsoshowcaseyourexpertisebyparticipatingintheideationworkstreamsfromidentifyingandvalidatingtheneedstodefiningthedevelopment. Theworkmodelfortheroleis:#L1-Hybrid Thisroleiscontributingtotheglobal functionin IEC LVMotors -divisioninIndia.MainstakeholdersareSales and Customers. * **Provide software support and engineering services** across multiple areas, including end-user support and training, software maintenance, testing and quality engineering, DevOps, and software release management, with minimal supervision. * **Perform system testing and troubleshooting activities** to validate final system configurations and ensure successful deployment and rollout. * **Deliver user training and retraining programs** to facilitate smooth adoption of software solutions and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services. * **Contribute to software product development initiatives** by recommending new features, enhancements, and functionalities to strengthen the product roadmap and portfolio. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to drive continuous improvement and support strategic digitalization objectives. * **Work within a highly motivated and innovative team environment**, contributing to the development of digital solutions that uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and business value . **Qualificationsfortherole** * Youarewell establishedand motivatedinsupporting anddeliveringhigh qualitysoftwaresolutions. * Abilitytodemonstrateyourexperienceinsales, sales support,oralternativelysales process/tooloperations anddevelopment.
