A standard TCS SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant job description targets mid-to-senior profiles (typically 7+ years of experience). The role focuses on **designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end service lifecycles (request, planning, execution, and billing) in alignment with TCS's global implementation standards**. **Core Responsibilities** - **Process Design:** Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions, including service contracts, service orders, and repairs. - **Execution & Pricing:** Configure service execution, pricing, and billing processes directly in SAP S/4HANA. - **Cross-Module Integration:** Integrate the Service module seamlessly with SD, MM, PM, and FI modules. - **Technical Collaboration:** Prepare RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams. - **Quality Assurance:** Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - **Client & User Support:** Provide post-go-live support, develop user documentation, and deliver user training.
