Job Description (JD) – Digital: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant **Position:** SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant **Experience:** 6–8+ Years **Location:** TCS - Kolkata Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant** to design, implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. The candidate will collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver compensation planning processes aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support implementation of **SAP SuccessFactors Compensation** module. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable compensation solutions. - Configure Compensation templates, worksheets, budgets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and workflows. - Design and implement merit increases, bonus plans, stock allocation, and compensation review processes. - Work with HR and business stakeholders to optimize annual compensation cycles. - Configure and support integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. - Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities. - Create functional specifications and documentation. - Provide post-implementation support and enhancement recommendations. - Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices and governance standards. - Participate in data migration, validation, and reporting activities. Required Skills - Strong experience in **SAP SuccessFactors Compensation** implementation and support. - Hands-on experience with: - Compensation Planning - Budget Management - Variable Pay (preferred) - Executive Review - Compensation Statements - Eligibility Rules - Route Maps and Workflows - Knowledge of Employee Central integration. - Experience in Business Rules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). - Understanding of HR compensation processes and annual compensation cycles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
