**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage corporate income tax compliance for clients, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes. - Provide strategic guidance on tax planning, structuring, and optimization to minimize client's tax liabilities. - Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to identify potential issues related to income tax reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for complex tax matters. **Job Requirements :** - 4-12 years of experience in direct taxation (corporate taxation) with a focus on IT services & consulting industry. - Strong knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and other relevant regulations. - Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex laws and regulations effectively. - Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
