**Direct Walk-In Opportunity for Capital Market at Tata Consultancy Services @TCS Bangalore** **Walk-In Drive Date:** Saturday, 27th June 2026 **Walk-In Drive Location:** Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru - 560100 **Experience:** 2 to 10 Years **Timings:** 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Job Skill:** Capital Market (Asset class / Product: FX, Commodities, Credit Products, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Prime Products and Bond) **Skillset:** Trade Bookings, Trade validation, Reconciliation, Settlement Trade capture, amendments, novations, assignments full trade lifecycle management. Manage end-to-end confirmations lifecycle (drafting & validation). Regulatory reportion MIFID **Note:** **Opportunity to work across multiple Global Markets processes candidates can apply for the role that best matches their experience and career interests.** **Shift Timings:** Rotational Shift including nightshift **Qualification:** Graduate and above **Joining:** Immediate Joiners preferred **Experience:** 2 - 10 Years **Process Overview / Job Summary** Roles span across Global Markets operations including Prime, Margin, ETD & Commodities, Client Channels, Onboarding, Middle Office, Trade Control, and Settlements. **Prime** - Margin calls, Reconciliation **Margin** - Margin processing, Dispute resolution, Reconciliation, Stakeholder mgmt. **ETD & Commodities -** Trade lifecycle activities execution to settlement and Support trading across Rates, Commodities, FX, and Equities **Client Channel** - supporting digital platforms used by clients (pre-trade & post-trade) and ensuring smooth onboarding, client support, and digital adoption. **Client Onboarding** - opening and maintaining client accounts for trading in Global Markets products FX, Rates, Credit, Repo **Middle office** - Trade capture, amendments, novations, assignments full trade lifecycle management **Reference Data** - New security set up, security maintenance and Corporate Actions. Pricing and PNL analysis **Trade Control** - Trade validation, Trade booking, static data, pricing and Recon **Confirmation** - Manage end-to-end confirmations lifecycle (drafting & validation),Draft and send outbound confirmations, Validate and match inbound confirmations **Settlements** - Handle payments, funding, and reconciliation, Process payments using systems like SWIFT/Nostro, Validate settlement instruction **Post Settlement** - Identify and resolve post-settlement issues (breaks/discrepancies),Manage claims and compensation arising due to errors or delays, Settlement & reconciliation lifecycle **Securities, SLT, Client Data, and Brokerage -** Process and authorize securities settlement instructions Pre-matching Repo / Triparty transactions **Periodic Review -** Ensure clients are correctly classified under different regulatory rules **Reg implementation -** Review and understand the regulations and draft the process flow / swim lines / skeletal on the new change, knowledge of capital markets regulations and product knowledge **Reg Reporting -** Trade Reconciliation + Static Data + Regulatory Reporting + Mifid /Business experience (Reg Reporting) , Low Code/No Code experience + BA Experience **Skills Required:** - Strong understanding of capital markets & trade lifecycle - Experience in reconciliation, settlements, and trade control - Knowledge of regulatory reporting and frameworks - Stakeholder management and client handling skills - Analytical mindset with attention to detail **Documents need to carry:** ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO. **Eligibility:** - Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10+2+3) - Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply - Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment. - Willingness to work in rotational shift (Including night shift) - Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory **PFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process:** - We will not be responsible for any loss of original certificates; it is the sole responsibility of the candidates. - Two / four-wheelers can be parked in the parking area. - Candidates must wait in the lounge. - Water dispensers are available. - Rest rooms are located near the wash area of the cafeteria. **"TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
