**Direct Walk-In Opportunity at Tata Consultancy Services for International Voice/International Banking in Kolkata on Saturday, 11th July 2026!** **Job Skill: International Voice/International Banking** **Walk-In Drive Date: Saturday, 11th July 2026** **Walk-In Drive Location: Tata Consultancy Services, Ecospace Business Park, 1B block, Plot No. IIF/11 Action Area II, New Town, Rajarhat Kolkata, West Bengal, 700160** **Shift: Night Shifts** **Experience: 1 to 3 Years** **Qualification: Graduate** **Joining: Immediate joiners / up to 30 days** **Documents need to carry:** **ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO** **Please find below the JD:** - Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken) - Should be dynamic and able to adapt quick changes - Handling outbound calls at scale while adhering to time and productivity targets - Good Typing speed 30-40 wpm words per minute with an accuracy of at least 90% - Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively - Willingness to work in night shifts/US shift for Insurance domain - Should be flexible and willing to invest additional hours at work as and when required - Should be a team-player and willing to contribute to team goals over individual performance, as and when required - Identify and resolve exceptional queries - Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements - Should have basic knowledge on MS Office **Eligibility:** - Candidates with minimum 1-3 years of experience in International Voice/International banking process in any domain can apply - Handling outbound calls at scale while adhering to time and productivity targets - Graduate(10+2+3) and above in any stream with minimum 12 months of experience and maximum of 3 years of relevant experience - Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred - Flexible to work in night shifts - All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have - Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account.
