Job requisition ID :: 107010 Date: Jul 3, 2026 Location: Bengaluru Designation: Director Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Director | Azure | Bengaluru | Engineering | Hybrid Cloud Engineering** - **Job requisition ID** : 107010 - **Location**: Bengaluru - **Entity**: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Your work profile** - Lead enterprise-wide cloud transformation programs, including cloud strategy, architecture, migration, modernization, and managed services engagements across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments - Own end-to-end delivery accountability for cloud consulting, architecture, implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation initiatives - Define cloud adoption strategies, enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives - Drive cloud architecture assessments, solution design, capacity planning, migration planning, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives - Lead hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises-to-cloud transformation programs for large enterprise clients - Create architecture blueprints and solution designs in collaboration with strategic partners, technology vendors, and client stakeholders - Establish and drive the Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy, operating model, governance framework, and innovation roadmap aligned with global technology vision - Manage large cross-functional, geographically distributed, and multi-disciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, consulting, and delivery functions - Ensure successful delivery through effective program governance, risk management, resource planning, quality assurance, and executive reporting - Drive innovation through emerging cloud technologies, cloud-native architectures, automation, AI, platform engineering, and modern infrastructure solutions Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management - Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and client stakeholders on cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives - Advise clients on cloud best practices, architectural approaches, scalability strategies, and technology modernization programs - Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, cloud transformation discussions, and strategic governance forums - Provide recommendations on enterprise architecture, integration strategies, application modernization, infrastructure platforms, and cloud operating models - Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to support strategic growth, innovation, and transformation objectives - Identify opportunities to expand cloud consulting, architecture, and managed services engagements globally - Drive thought leadership through industry best practices, technical presentations, whitepapers, blogs, accelerators, and innovation initiatives - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align cloud solutions with enterprise goals and digital transformation priorities **Key skills required** - 17+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation, and Technology Consulting - Minimum 5+ years of experience in assessment, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise cloud transformation projects - Strong expertise across: - Microsoft Azure - Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Hybrid Cloud Architectures - Multi-Cloud Environments - Cloud-Native Solutions - Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration, modernization, and transformation programs - Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, cloud governance, cloud operating models, and technology strategy development - Experience architecting cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions to meet complex enterprise
