Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.            Director, Information Technology Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India Position Summary The Director, Information Technology will provide strategic and operational leadership for ADI's IT organization in India, driving technology strategy, business partnership, delivery excellence, and organizational development. The role will lead a portfolio of enterprise applications with a primary focus on supporting ADI's global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations functions. Working closely with business leaders, executive stakeholders, and global IT teams, the Director will lead strategic initiatives, application modernization, operational improvements, and AI-enabled digital transformation efforts that support business growth and operational excellence. The Director will report to the Sr. Director, IT (India) and work closely with global IT and business leadership teams. Leadership Profile The successful candidate will be a people-first leader with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. They will have a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones while effectively navigating both solid-line and matrixed reporting structures. Through strong collaboration, influence, and relationship-building capabilities, this leader will foster alignment across business and IT organizations, drive accountability, and deliver results in a complex global environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong business acumen, capable of delivering results through influence, developing future leaders, and fostering strong partnerships across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership • Partner with business and IT leaders to define and execute technology strategies supporting business priorities and enterprise IT initiatives. • Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of strategic programs. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and identify opportunities for innovation, AI, automation, advanced analytics, and operational improvement. • Align technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes. • Help shape and execute digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Technology & Applications Leadership • Lead delivery, support, enhancement, integration, and modernization of enterprise applications. • Provide leadership for business-critical systems supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and Operations, including SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, and related platforms. • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. • Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and alignment with evolving business needs. Organization & Talent Development • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of 50+ IT professionals across multiple locations. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement. • Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans. • Successfully lead through both direct and matrixed organizational structures, driving results through influence and collaboration. Operational Excellence & Governance • Establish performance metrics, operational dashboards, and governance mechanisms to drive delivery excellence. • Champion continuous improvement through disciplined program, project, and portfolio management practices. • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, cybersecurity requirements, privacy policies, and risk management processes. • Manage strategic vendor relationships, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Qualifications Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. • Master's degree preferred. Experience • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. • Significant experience supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations within the semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or related industries. • Preferred experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, and related business systems. • Proven success leading business transformation, application moderniza
