From analyzing consumer and industry trends to conceptualizing features and strategy roadmaps, the Angel One Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Angel One. Strategy & Roadmap - Driving the product strategy vision breaking it into quarterly roadmaps to ensure that the company achieves its short term and long-term business needs and goals (from ideation to execution) - Execution - Align with Business leadership on the ideal customer acquisition paths for our various sales segments, and then build out a world-class user experience to support those acquisition paths - Growth - Leverage experimentation tactics to improve onboarding, engagement and retention across Angel One - BI & Analytics - Leverage data for decision making, analytical insights to uncover priorities. Should be able to use combination of data science, analytics, and technology to simplify complex decisions - Design - Collaborating with design teams to shape consistent user experience across product and communication interfaces.
