Job Title: Global Testing Delivery Leader (QA Director) Reporting To: Account Delivery Head Location: Noida (preferable) Skills: Testing Delivery Management, TCOE Setup and solutioning, E2E Test Automation, Quality Engineering, Test Estimations and resource planning, Innovation and Continuous improvements, ERP Testing, CRM Testing, AI lead Testing solutions, Non-Functional Testing, Communication and Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Project/Program Management along with Tracking program level risk and issues. Job Description: The geography delivery Testing leader who will have complete Delivery, capability and presales ownership for testing services portfolio. He/ She will assume overall responsibility for Testing Project/Programs, stakeholder management, P\&L for testing portfolio, Creating innovative solutioning, best practice and accelerators. Ensure the KPI and metrics are tracked and presented. Drive value adds and track the saving across projects. Responsibilities Looking for a very Strong QA delivery leader driving TCOE and should have proven experience in handling large engagement customers which have multiple tracks of the project.Responsible for Testing Project, Resource Planning and P\&L OwnershipManage 120 Team with Carrier growth, Appraisals and TrainingsConduct governance meetings with Sr. stakeholders and ensure project escalations are managedEnsure Improvements by AI usage and implementation of new solution and run continuous improvementsEstimations as per client requirementsEnsure regular participation in execution for complex ERP, Salesforce and digital transformation projects within the portfolio, track outcomes and facilitate risk mitigation and issues resolutionManage Automation solution and ensure Automation coverage improvements, ROI and Time to MarketHands-on experience in setting up TCOEs; implementing test process frameworks and STLC in ERP systems (preferably SAP / Oracle / JDE) and CRM (Salesforce) implementation and rollout programs; cloud migration and legacy modernization of enterprise scale applicationsExcellent interpersonal \& communication skills with good customer orientationManage Customer communication with Senior Client Stakeholders and manage relationship with customer stakeholdersManage Testing SLA/KPI and ensure the delivery is within LimitDetailed Review \& Governance of all programs/projects thoroughly, ensure that projects are achieving milestones with quality deliverables, Zero production defectsOwn value delivery, innovation, and continuous process and system improvements across portfolio engagementsCollaborate with client leadership on technology roadmap and business plans, influence IT spend /project decisions and align and work with account managers to re-calibrate account strategy for Testing portfolio growthCo-lead account mining activities with account managers to support business growth for Testing servicesTrack and monitor Risk and Issues at the program level and ensure its addressed timely for project/program delivery.
