Director - Operations (Gurgaon)

Job description

**Job Brief:** We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director who can lead with end-to-end ownership of vehicle placement across both Fixed and Spot (Adhoc) operations. The role will be responsible for defining the placement strategy, driving network-wide execution excellence, and ensuring optimal capacity utilisation while consistently meeting customer SLAs. The Director will partner closely with Supply, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Vendor teams to build a scalable, technology-enabled placement function. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the overall placement strategy and execution for Fixed and Spot operations, ensuring high placement efficiency and SLA adherence. - Drive network-wide capacity planning, resource optimization, and governance to minimize placement failures and risk purchases. - Partner with Supply, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Vendor teams to ensure seamless execution and capacity availability. - Lead automation, process improvement, and standardization initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency. - Build and lead a high-performing team, driving accountability, capability development, and execution excellence. - Establish performance governance through data-driven reviews, operational dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
