In this role, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. --- --- Skill / Capability Crisp Description for Profile Evaluation AI Transformation Program Leadership Has led enterprise-scale transformation programs with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, benefits, governance cadence, and executive reporting. AI / Digital Tool Adoption & Use-Case Scaling Can translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, drive tool rollout and user adoption, and track measurable outcomes such as productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, and satisfaction. Change Management, Upskilling & AI Culture Building Demonstrates experience building role-based training, communications, communities of practice, adoption toolkits, and engagement mechanisms that embed new ways of working at scale. Stakeholder Influence, Governance & Responsible AI Readiness Effectively aligns engineering, HR, IT, cybersecurity, legal, data privacy, finance, and senior leaders; facilitates decisions while ensuring data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment are addressed. YOU MUST HAVE • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Bachelors or  Masters Degree in Engineering • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • MBA or any other Management Diploma/Certificate/Degree  would be an added advantage
