Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will lead and oversee the overall development program, ensuring successful delivery of objectives within scope, timeline, quality, performance, and budget targets while supporting business and operational goals. You will drive program planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment to achieve the intended business outcomes and program success. - **Plan,** **governance** and **overseeing** the successful delivery of the **program’s output/product** - To **lead the Development Program Team** in providing overall program activities to support Business Division (BD) and Operation (OP) to achieve high performance and ultimate business success - **Overall responsible** for **Program Management in development platform** - Be part of the **management team** and responsible to **achieve defined targets** (i.e. time-to-market, meeting the quality target, meeting performance target and within budget) - Responsible for **planning the overall program** and **monitoring the progress** - **Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome”** with the aid of the program owner/sponsor - **Manage risks** and issues and **take corrective measurements** - **Manage stakeholders’ communication**; provide a **macro/strategic view** to stakeholders compared to project managers’ micro/tactical scope - **Manage the main program documentation** such as the program initiation document Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You strive to build and lead high-performing teams through strong collaboration, people development, and effective stakeholder engagement. You proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving innovative solutions that support business success. - **Masters/Bachelor’s Degree** in **Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechanical / Materials etc.)** - **10 years** of experience in **semiconductor** related industry - Experience in **leading a team** of **professional engineers and managers** (>20 peoples) - Experience in **People Management** & **Project Management** - Sound knowledge in **R&D** and **semiconductor technical engineering** - Ability to **anticipate issues** and challenges and **resolving them quickly** - Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving skills** - **Good attitude** in collaboration, people development and solution finding #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
