Role: Director / Senior Director – US Business & Operations Location: India (US business hours, 6 days/week) About Cuemath Cuemath is the world’s highest-rated math learning platform, trusted by 10,000+ families across the US. We make students MathFit through personalized 1:1 live learning focused on deep understanding, problem-solving, and real-world application. The Role This role owns end-to-end post-sales operations for the US, the mandate is simple but demanding: run, fix, and optimize the experience engine taking entire control of retention. This is not a people-only or execution-only role. We are looking for a systems thinker and operator: someone who can deliver month-on-month revenue while simultaneously controlling churn by redesigning processes, structures, and decision systems to unlock step-change growth. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end post-sales operations and revenue delivery owning onboarding, delivery, retention, and renewals. • Control churn month-on-month while improving efficiency and fixing things on the go. • Identify patterns, constraints, and root causes across the funnel and solve them at a system level. • Use data rigorously to track performance, diagnose issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders like product/curriculum/teacher team to solve inefficiencies. • Act as the final owner during escalations, crises, and cross-functional trade-offs. Who We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in operations, revenue ownership, or general management roles. • Proven experience running or scaling large revenue businesses. • At least 3 years in the last organization solving a large, complex problem at scale (growth, turnaround, funnel rebuild, or efficiency transformation). • Strong depth in analytics, structured problem-solving, and system design. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, high pressure, and high growth environments. • Willing to work US hours and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and accountability. This role is for builders who fix the machine, not just push it harder.
