We're scaling rapidly across online and offline channels, with a growing network of experience centres nationwide. **Role Summary** Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with the Founder, CFO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, transformation and operational excellence. This role combines strategy, analytics and hands-on execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution - Drive growth, cost optimization and business transformation initiatives - Build business cases, conduct analysis and present recommendations - Manage large-scale programs, timelines, governance and stakeholder alignment - Track business performance and identify improvement opportunities - Support leadership on strategic decisions, market analysis and special projects **Ideal Candidate** - 4–8 years' experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting - Strong business acumen, structured problem solving and analytical skills - Excellent stakeholder management and communication - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes - MBA from a premier institute preferred **Success Measures** - Deliver measurable revenue growth and cost savings - Successfully execute company-wide strategic initiatives - Strengthen execution rigor and governance across functions - Become a trusted partner to the leadership team
