**Job Title:** Sr. Director-Workforce/Resource Management **Experience:** 15+ years **Location:** Hyderabad Lead workforce planning and resource fulfilment across business units, ensuring optimal utilization, cost efficiency, and timely deployment of talent to support business growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive resource forecasting, demand planning, and fulfilment strategy. - Manage utilization, bench optimization, and workforce deployment. - Govern internal mobility, external hiring, and upskilling initiatives. - Oversee onsite–offshore resource planning, visa utilization, and global workforce movements. - Partner with business leaders, HR, TA, and Finance to ensure effective workforce management. - Build governance dashboards and lead a high-performing RMG team. **Desired Experience** - 16–20 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Capacity Planning, or Delivery Operations within IT Services/Consulting. - Strong expertise in utilization management, bench governance, deployment planning, and cost optimization. - Experience working with large delivery organizations and senior business stakeholders. - Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
