Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead and monitor collection and recovery operations across assigned regions/divisions to achieve collection efficiency targets. - Manage and develop collection teams, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance with company policies. - Control delinquency, PAR, and NPA levels through effective recovery strategies and portfolio monitoring - Analyze collection performance MIS and implement action plans to improve recoveries and reduce losses **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate/Postgraduate with 712 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Credit Operations, or Portfolio Management. - Proven experience in managing multi-branch/regional collection teams and achieving collection efficiency targets
