Divisional Manager- Vehicle Loans (Collection)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end collection activities for Bucket 1 to 3 across the assigned division. - Develop and execute strategies to minimize delinquency and improve recovery percentages. - Monitor bucket-wise collection performance (30+, 60+, 90+). - Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets. - Supervise and mentor Area Collection Managers and Collection Executives. - Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Credit, and Sales teams for effective resolution of delinquent accounts. - Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal collection policies. - Manage repossession, settlement, auction, and legal recovery processes wherever applicable. - Conduct regular field visits to monitor collection activities and support critical recoveries. **Preferred candidate profile** - 7 to 12 years of experience in Vehicle Collections/Recovery. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience into Team handling or Managerial role. - Experience in Banking/NBFC or vehicle collections preferred. - Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred) - Age- Must be less than **40**.
