Role\\*\\* **DLP L3 Support engineer** Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\* Administer and enhance DLP platforms (Endpoint, Network, Discovery, Cloud DLP) including troubleshooting, upgrading, and vendor coordination Desired Experience Range\\*\\* **5-15 years** Location of Requirement Chennai,Noida **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** Administer and enhance DLP platforms (Endpoint, Network, Discovery, Cloud DLP) including troubleshooting, upgrading, and vendor coordination Design, develop, and fine-tune DLP policies, rules, and workflows for effective data protection **Good-to-Have** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** Monitor, investigate, and respond to DLP alerts and incidents, partnering with the incident response and security operations teams Maintain classifications for sensitive data and align DLP configurations with data governance and regulatory standards. Generate analytics and reports on DLP alerts and trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders Process Optimization & Automation: Identify recurring threat patterns to develop and implement automation opportunities, enhancing efficiency and response times. Design, develop, and fine-tune DLP policies, rules, and workflows for effective data protection Strong experience handling DLP incident response: alert triage, investigation, escalation, and remediation
