**Role: Principal DNS Engineer / DNS Core Architect** **Experience:** 15+ Years **Location:** PAN India **Key Responsibilities** - Own and manage large-scale **Authoritative & Recursive DNS platforms**. - Lead DNS architecture, design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Handle **DNSSEC implementation, validation, and lifecycle management**. - Perform **packet-level analysis** using Wireshark, tcpdump, PCAP. - Drive DNS observability using **Grafana & Splunk**. - Build automation solutions using **Python/Shell scripting**. - Lead critical incidents, root cause analysis, and engineering best practices. **Must-Have Skills** - DNS Protocols & Internals (RFC 1034/1035) - DNSSEC - Authoritative & Recursive DNS - F5 GTM / BIG-IP DNS / Infoblox / Akamai DNS - DNS Troubleshooting & Packet Analysis - Wireshark, tcpdump, DNSViz, dnsperf, resperf - Python / Shell Automation - Grafana, Splunk - Jenkins, Git, JIRA **Preferred** - Experience in enterprise-scale DNS environments. - Exposure to DNS over HTTPS (DoH). - Strong troubleshooting and performance engineering skills.
