Applications **Service Line** Engineering Services **Responsibilities** - Lab Operations Management o Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote lab, ensuring uptime and reliability. o Configuration, set-up and maintenance pf local HE components and STB Test Racks o Implement best practice for lab usage, change management and process improvement o Develop and maintain lab documentation and configurations - Collaboration & Alignment o Act as Primary contact for Entertainment related Lab activities o Collaborate with local core and access network teams to support connectivity and troubleshooting o Coordinate new installations and physical work with local Infrastructure team o Coordinate with Netherlands counterparts to ensure consistency in test setups and outcomes
