**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Digital Experience **Responsibilities** - Develop, customize, and maintain Documentum-based solutions aligned to business and compliance needs. - Configure and support Documentum repositories, object types, lifecycles, ACLs, and document management standards. - Build and optimize workflows, job automation, and content processing to improve operational efficiency. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and performance improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements on schedule. - Contribute to code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and release support for stable deliveries. - Partner with teams to identify opportunities to apply AI for smarter content discovery, tagging, and summarization use cases. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** - Minimum Qualifications: BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on Documentum. - Strong understanding of content management concepts such as metadata, security, versioning, retention, and lifecycle management. - Experience working in a delivery environment with requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support responsibilities. **Preferred Skills:** - Technology->Content Management->ECM - Documentum
