Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37464 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - MUMBAI - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **Docupace Role** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Role Summary** - Lead the Docupace on-premise core to v16 cloud-hosted SaaS migration end to end, owning target architecture and data integrity - Single technical point of accountability across Birlasoft, Voya, Docupace, custodians **Key Technical Responsibilities** - **Data migration:** map legacy SQL Server schema to the v16 model; build ETL and bulk document migration with checksum reconciliation - **Integrations:** re-platform interfaces to v16 REST/JSON APIs and webhooks; retire legacy SOAP and file-drop feeds - **Workflows:** rebuild ConnectXpress pipelines and PgN workflows for new-account-open, maintenance, and e-sign STP - **Identity:** configure SSO via SAML 2.0 / OAuth 2.0 and SCIM provisioning against Azure Entra ID and Active Directory - **Records:** migrate the document repository to WORM cloud storage (S3 Object Lock) preserving index and metadata fidelity - **Cutover:** author the runbook with parallel-run, rollback, and data-validation gates for zero-disruption go-live **Required Technical Skills** - **Docupace v16:** ConnectXpress, PgN workflow engine, Form Builder, auto-indexing, and role-based access control - **Data & ETL:** SQL Server / T-SQL, large-scale data conversion, blob and document migration, reconciliation - **APIs & SSO:** REST/JSON, webhooks, SAML/OAuth/SCIM, custodian feeds (Pershing, NFS), CRM (Salesforce, Redtail) - **Cloud:** AWS (S3, IAM, VPC), Object Lock/WORM, KMS and TLS encryption, monitoring and logging - **Compliance:** SEC Rule 17a-4, FINRA, SOC 2, PII handling, audit trails, and data governance **Qualifications & Domain** - 8+ years implementing Docupace or comparable wealth-management document and workflow platforms - Proven enterprise on-premise-to-SaaS migration and cutover leadership at scale - wealth and brokerage domain knowledge; strong client-facing communication
