Description **External Job Description** **Major Challenges:** Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel Checking the formulation stability for new formulation **Deliverables:** Coordinating with CTs for design related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC Competition bench marking - quarterly Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies MTC preparation based on FG result
