Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. Youll play a critical role in leading a team involved in a variety of programs and projects, ensuring quality outcomes and repeatable performance. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as the ADM Engineering Community, Sourcing, and Method Tools Community), mentor and develop team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and much more. Youll specifically take care of developing and maintaining domain competences, coaching your team to become world-class engineering experts, but also defining and governing your groups strategy with key stakeholders. **Well look to you for:** - Agreeing and implementing department guidelines, including team profiles, skills growth plans, and discipline evolution - Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and establishing deadlines - Mentoring and fostering competency development in network and connectivity - Driving performance cycles (DR, GR, SPQD) and supporting project/program execution - Promoting Alstom values and preparing management reviews - Developing golden rules for effective workshare by mtier - Deploying ADM processes, methods, and tools, while providing feedback for process reviews - Estimating and validating activities quotations for tenders and projects - Managing workload and capacity adequacy, including subcontracting and business strategies - Encouraging innovation and collecting feedback to enhance practices and the Reference Library **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
