**You will be responsible for:** Data Management:  Review the Case status report as and when reports are received  Inform the different workflow leads to monitor and take priority cases to completion  Monitor productivity as and when reports are received  Run SQL and identify priority cases hourly basis  Update dashboard on productivity  Provide the health of cases received and predict any highlights **Skills**:  Excel skills  Good communication skills  Good interpersonal skills  Possess attention to detail Your impact: About you: (Desired profile) Must have: Attention to detail Good comprehension skills.
