The Bank is driven by a constant desire to serve better and deliver world-class banking experiences. **Role Description** The DST Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships acquired through the Direct Sales Team (DST) channel, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of queries. The DST Relationship Manager will support sales activities by explaining products, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to enable smooth onboarding and servicing. Daily responsibilities include meeting existing and potential customers, promoting retail banking products, monitoring customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records as per Bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires achieving assigned business targets, adhering to compliance standards, and contributing to the Bank’s mission of financial inclusion. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term associations. - Candidates should possess sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, product presentation, and target achievement in a retail banking environment. - Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective negotiation and influencing capabilities. - Candidates should possess basic banking and financial product knowledge, including retail loans, deposit accounts, and digital banking services. - Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in handling forms, customer records, and compliance-related processes. - Relevant qualifications such as a graduate degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred) and prior experience in banking or financial services sales will be beneficial. - Ability to work on-site, adapt to field-based customer interactions, and familiarity with local language and market in Bhubaneswar will be an advantage.
