Duck Creek Policy Dev - Technical Lead **Location:** Mumbai **Years of Experience:** 5-7 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled DCT Policy Dev with extensive experience in Duck Creek Technologies and a strong background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects related to Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, and other lines of business, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage projects involving Duck Creek PAS, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. - Gather requirements and develop solution blueprints in collaboration with stakeholders. - Plan and execute sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - Oversee content development in Pages, Rating, Forms, TransACT, Skins, and UserAdmin. - Implement custom requests and manuscript functions to enhance system capabilities. - Facilitate third-party integrations and manage additional features like Dependency Aware Re-rating. - Utilize SQL Server 2005 2012 for data management and reporting. - Provide technical guidance on XPATH, XSLT, JavaScript, and CSS as needed. **Mandatory Skills:** - 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek Technologies, specifically Duck Creek PAS. - Strong knowledge of the insurance domain, particularly in Commercial Auto, Commercial Property Insurance, CGL, Workers Compensation, Personal Umbrella Liability, and Farm lines of business. - Proven experience in Requirement Gathering Elicitation, solution blueprinting, and Sprint Planning. - Excellent content development skills in Pages, Rating, Forms, TransACT, Skins, and UserAdmin. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with SQL Server 2005 2012. - Proficiency in XSL, XSL, Jscript, and CSS. - Experience with custom requests and manuscript functions. - Familiarity with Dependency Aware Re-rating and 3rd Party Integration (EDI, 3PL, non-SAP systems). **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
