Job description

- Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using **Duck Creek Policy Administration (Policy)** . - Configure and enhance Duck Creek Policy components including Product Studio, Manuscripts, Forms, Rules, and Workflows. - Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop and maintain policy transaction functionalities such as New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, and Reinstatements. - Integrate Duck Creek applications with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks. - Perform unit testing, defect fixes, code reviews, and deployment support. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. Required Skills - 6+ years of experience in **Duck Creek Policy Administration development** . - Hands-on experience with **Duck Creek Product Studio, Author, Express, and Policy** modules. - Strong knowledge of **C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, XML, XSLT** , and Web Services. - Experience in configuration and customization of Duck Creek solutions. - Understanding of **Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance** business processes. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Duck Creek certification is highly preferred. - Experience working on Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insurance products. - Exposure to Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) cloud environment. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins. Nice to Have - Experience with Duck Creek Billing or Claims modules. - Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and product configuration.
