**Position:** Deputy Manager - Paint Shop **Industry Preference:** Auto Components / Automobile (Sheet Metal preferred) **Experience Required:** 12 to 15 years **Job Description:** We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Paint Shop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to paint shop processes within the auto components and automobile industry, with a preference for sheet metal background. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end-to-end paint shop operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. - Implement process improvements and adopt best practices for productivity enhancement. - Manage a team of technicians and supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. - Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve organizational goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with industry benchmarks. **Candidate Profile:** - 12 to15 years of hands-on experience in paint shop operations. - Strong knowledge of paint processes, equipment, and quality standards. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Experience in sheet metal components will be an added advantage.
