**Role & responsibilities** :- Knowledge of Laser welding operation - Make day to day production schedules to meet delivery - Make MRP order while start of the month - Set output targets and monitor workflows - Monitor OEE on day to day basis - Monitor First time rejection % against the target - Monitor final rejection % against the target - Monitor Safety & 5S - Focus improvement & Kaizen implementation - Team Building - Core knowledge of problem solving QC tools - IATF 16949 - AM & PM activity - OEE - AMPM - Shop Floor Control - Production Planning Monthly/Daily - Rejection Control - Manpower Handling - TPM **Preferred candidate profile** - Leadership - Excellent communication & coordination skill - SAP Knowledge - Excellent communication & coordination skill
