Job description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Drive technical architecture, ensure best practices, and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform • Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models • Lead technical design, code reviews, and solution governance • Design and oversee integrations (Azure services, APIs, middleware, Dataverse) • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards • Provide hands-on expertise in complex customizations and extensions • Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads • Mentor developers and enforce best engineering practices • Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years in CRM/enterprise application development, with strong focus on D365 CE • Deep expertise in: o Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse architecture o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) o .NET / C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows o Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM) • Strong experience in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and microservices design • Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management • Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and data architecture Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Architect) • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations • Exposure to industry frameworks and solution accelerators Key Competencies • Solution architecture,designing & problem-solving • Technical leadership & stakeholder management • Strong communication and mentoring abilities • Strategic thinking with hands-on capability
