This role focuses on designing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to support business processes and user needs. Daily responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing and testing new features, integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, and troubleshooting application issues. The engineer collaborates closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver enhancements, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality deployments. Documentation of configurations, support procedures, and best practices is also a key part of the role, along with providing user support and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement skills, including configuration, customization, and solution design. - Candidates should possess skills in Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse for building and extending business applications. - Candidates should possess skills in core software development practices such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs for extending Dynamics 365 functionality. - Candidates should possess skills in integration and data management, including working with SQL databases, data migration tools, and third-party system integrations. - Candidates should possess skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and application support within enterprise environments. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, experience in global delivery or consulting environments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are beneficial.
