Role : Dynamics 365 Environment Manager Experience : 12-20 Years Location : All hexaware locations Mode : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate **Required Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments. - Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance. - Experience managing multiple Dynamics 365 environments across development, test, UAT, and production. - Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, managed and unmanaged customizations, and solution dependencies. - Experience with deployment tools such as: - Azure DevOps - Power Platform pipelines - PAC CLI - Solution Packager - Other approved ALM tools - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, service principals, application users, and role-based access control. - Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, APIs, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and external systems. - Experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes. - Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Microsoft certifications such as: - Power Platform Administrator Associate - Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate - Power Platform Developer Associate - Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate - Azure Administrator Associate - Experience with Azure services used in Dynamics 365 integrations. - Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence practices. - Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse capacity, storage, API limits, and licensing. - Experience implementing data masking or anonymization for non-production environments. - Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability concepts. - Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or scaled delivery environments. - ITIL certification or practical experience with IT service management.
