Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop complex **Dynamics 365 (CE / Customer Engagement)** solutions using best practices - Lead customization using: - Plugins (C#) - Custom workflow activities - Power Automate flows - Architect and implement solutions using: - Dataverse - Model-driven apps - Security roles and business rules - Develop and optimize: - JavaScript (Client-side) - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using: - Web APIs - Azure Functions - Service Bus - Perform **code reviews**, enforce standards, and improve performance - Lead technical discussions with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders - Support deployments across environments (Dev / Test / QA / Prod) - Mentor Software Engineers and contribute to technical excellence **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 4+ years of hands-on experience with **Dynamics 365 / Dataverse** - Strong expertise in: - C#, .NET - Plugins, Custom APIs - QueryExpression & FetchXML - Solid experience with: - Power Automate - Model-driven apps - JavaScript, Ribbon customizations - Experience with **Azure services** (Functions, Webjobs, App Insights) - Strong understanding of Dynamics security, performance tuning, and ALM **Nice to Have** - Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600) - Experience with PCF controls - Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments - Exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service / Customer Service / Sales
