We are specifically looking for experienced professionals (5+ years) with strong hands-on expertise in Dynatrace administration and platform ownership in large enterprise environments. --------------------------------------- **Role Highlights:** **Role Highlights:** • Experience: 5+ Years • Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai – Belapur/Seawoods) • Work Mode: 5 Days WFO (24x7 rotational shifts) • Payroll: Direct with Tech Mahindra • Role: Dynatrace Admin – L2 or L3 - **Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech Only. (MUST HAVE)** --------------------------------------- **Core Requirement (Very Important):** We are looking for candidates with \\*\\*strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience\\*\\*, including: ✔ OneAgent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management ✔ ActiveGate setup, clustering & routing ✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture ✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes ✔ Alerting, problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape ✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation ✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration ✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira) --------------------------------------- **Mandatory Experience:** ✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade ✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership ✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes) ✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP ✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction ✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance --------------------------------------- **Note** : ***This role requires \\*\\*hands-on configuration, Troubleshooting & Tracing expertise\\*\\*.*** Profiles limited to monitoring, alert handling, or L1/L2 support may not align with this requirement.
