**Overview** **End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect** with deep expertise in the **Telecom BSS Lead-to-Cash (L2C)** domain to lead enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture across the telecom value chain, ensuring alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture, application landscape, and technology strategy. The candidate should possess strong architectural knowledge across **Lead Management, Opportunity Management, CPQ (Costing, Pricing & Quoting), Contract Management, Order Management, Service Delivery, Billing, and CRM** . Experience with **ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)** and AI-driven solution design is highly desirable. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Telecom BSS transformation initiatives. - Define scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business strategy. - Translate business capabilities into solution architecture, integration patterns, and application design. - Drive architecture governance across the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) ecosystem. - Collaborate with Business, Product, Delivery, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions. - Define integration strategies across CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Order Management, Billing, OSS, and external systems. - Ensure architectural alignment with TM Forum standards and enterprise integration principles. - Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle from discovery to production deployment. - Leverage AI and GenAI technologies to accelerate solution design, architecture documentation, and process optimization. As a BSS Solution Design, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop application design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams. Mandatory to have excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of Solution Architecture for Telecom Solutions (Products and Services development). - Ability to analyze Telco processes, simplify them and develop solutions in alignment with architecture principles. - Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS - Service/Network Inventory, Service Provisioning and Activation, Network Monitoring System, Network performance management system, Test & Diagnostics System, Element Management System knowledge is needed. - Knowledge on CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices based Architecture, RPA, - Good to have working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs. - Good experience in data modelling and integration patterns. - Has good understanding of frameworks relevant for Telecommunications domain (for e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA) - Understanding of technologies such as 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc. and their mapping to OSS systems is an added advantage. - Conduct proof-of-concept (POCs) for requirem ents. - Good communication and Presentation skills Required Functional Expertise Strong understanding of the Telecom **Lead-to-Cash (L2C)** journey, including: - Lead Management - Opportunity Management - CPQ (Costing, Pricing & Quoting) - Contract Management - Product Catalog - Sales Order Management - Order Orchestration - Order Fulfilment - Service Provisioning - Billing & Revenue Management - Customer Lifecycle Management **Requirements** Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience of around 12-17 years as Solution designer. - Strong analytical skills and Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
