**Hi Candidates,** **EXPERINCE: 10 - 16 YEARS / Location: Pan India.** **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Solution Management** Craft innovative, differentiated solutions for RFX response and drive technical team to bring the cost effective solutions. - **Identify key Stakeholders for RFX response** Support Bid Manager in identifying the technical components required for RFX response and identify owners for each. - **Own Solution Workshops** – Liaison with internal groups within TCS and external partners/parties to collaborate and produce efficient technical response. Guide and direct technical team for the solution - **Technical Team management** – Build RFX response teams and steer Mentor the Innovation team to transform the Innovation function as a true value to the Unit and Organization and its customers - **Drive RFX Technical Response Team** – Identify and articulate Efficiently drive the technical response team by coordinating with various technical and functional teams. - **Own and articulate technical solution** - Own and Driving Solution workshops for technical solution, walk thru the overall solution with key stakeholders of the organization and Drive technical discussions during and after defence with customers - **Learning & Development** – Have a learner’s mind-set. Engage in active research on new trends, new business models, path breaking and disruptive innovations through top tier consultancy reports, blogs, videos that are relevant to the RFX.
